One of the most popular and enduring porcelain tiles we sell is Tau Corten. This tile series started the trend to porcelain tiles that look and feel like metal and it is still the standard against which all other tiles in this category are measured. Incredible! Tau Corten uses a highly technical silica/alumina glaze giving it the look of real Corten Steel. The reactivity of the glaze along with the sophisticated glaze application method result in a tile that has huge natural variation making it truly unique. We pride ourselves on being the premier distributor of Tau Corten in the midwest and we maintain a large stock of the popular colors.
